• Order and transaction data: Product orders, payment method selections, delivery addresses, and uploaded payment receipts.
• Device information: Device token (FCM) used to send push notifications about your router subscription.
• Photos and files: Images or PDFs you choose to upload as proof of payment. These are only accessed when you actively choose to upload them.

2. Camera and Storage Permission

Our app requests access to your device's camera solely to allow you to photograph payment receipts when placing orders or making deposits. We do not capture images in the background, store them beyond your upload, or use them for any other purpose.

We request storage access only to let you select existing images or PDF files from your device for upload. We do not read, copy, or scan other files on your device.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account.
• To process router subscription requests and product orders.
• To send push notifications about your subscription status (e.g., expiry reminders).
• To verify payments via uploaded receipts.
• To respond to support requests.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. Your data may be shared only in the following circumstances:

• With service providers who assist in operating our platform (e.g., Firebase for push notifications).
• When required by law or to protect our rights.

5. Data Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Uploaded files are stored on our secured server. We take reasonable technical measures to protect your information from unauthorized access or disclosure.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account and order data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

7. Children's Privacy

Our app is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
